Kenneth Onyando, General Manager for Kenya, has 23 years banking and finance experience. Ken is responsible for the investment portfolio of the region and leads the transaction teams of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania and Rwanda.
Administration Manager, Martha Esiromo’s responsibilities include the smooth and efficient implementation of transactions in Kenya, monitoring portfolio quality and implementing the legal administration process. She has experience in analysing and appraising loan facilities, reconciliation and customer service. She completed her BA (Honours) degree in law and is currently pursuing a Certified Public Secretaries Part II at Kenya Accountants and Secretaries National Examination board.
Business Development Manager, Amos Gichinga, has more than six years experience in the finance industry and is a Certified Public Accountant. Amos previously worked at an international auditing firm where he was involved in due diligence for valuations; mergers; acquisitions and privatisation of various banks in East Africa as well as various large telecommunication businesses.
Georgina Mugambi, GroFin Kenya’s friendly Office Co-ordinator, gained more than nine years experience as a secretary at various enterprises. She keeps track of the comings and goings of the GroFin Kenya staff and handles all the office administration and client liaison. She is also involved in marketing and PR. Georgina’s hobbies include travelling, reading, cooking and socialising with friends.
R. Kagiri Wanjohi, Business Development Manager, has over 15 years experience in the finance industry and holds an MBA degree and a BA honours degree in political science and philosophy. He has extensive experience in the co-ordination of financial, business and industry risk analysis of SME customers. He has also been involved in the running of the family business and is therefore in an even better position to understand the needs of entrepreneurs.
Rita Odero, Business Development Manager, has over 10 years experience in banking with exposure in SME financing. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and has vast knowledge in credit skills and relationship management.
Business Development Manager, Rosemary Mulwa is responsible for establishing, maintaining and growing a profitable investment portfolio at GroFin Kenya. Rosemary has extensive experience in the banking industry and holds an MBA degree as well as a BEd degree.
Samson Ogola, Customer Solutions Advisor, has more than seven years Sales and Marketing experience and holds a B Arts degree and Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Samson will be primarily responsible for promoting GroFin in the market, developing sales opportunities, managing sales leads and opportunities that are all focused on increasing our presence in the Kenyan market and increasing deal flow. His hobbies include playing golf, travelling and camping
