| | While supervising the construction of a hostel, Tom Kaaya noticed there was a gap in the market for university accommodation. He envisioned a hostel that would not only provide accommodation to students of the nearby Makerere University, but also provide a shopping arcade, restaurant and recreational amenities for the benefit of the surrounding community. |
